It is vital to take action on your goals in life, rather than just daydreaming about them.

In my 25+ years as a therapist, coach and movement teacher, it has always been important to me to continually keep learning and growing. I have just completed a two week intensive on the central nervous system and endocrine system and am now studying philosophy in India. I have sought out every bit of teaching I could find – like Pilates, Yoga, Paul CHEK,  Weston A. Price, Osho, Carl Jung, Albert Einstein, Rudolf Steiner, Matt Wallden and many more.

Sometimes I was lucky enough to study directly with people like Paul Chek. I’ve spent £1000’s on mentoring, certification courses, books, coaching and my own growth. My library is filled with so many books on everything from anatomy to religion to philosophy and all the way to fungal and parasite infections…I stopped counting my books a long time ago!

I have made it my life’s mission to synthesise, integrate and unify all the things I was taught in seemingly separate fields into a complete holistic system of health and human performance. You can see this in our studios, we are different from every other studio in that we offer a holistic approach.

So go for it in 2019, what you waiting for – Lose that weight, get rid of that back pain, start a new hobby?

Our desires act as fuel, propelling us toward new horizons. Without something to strive for, we stagnate and become stuck in ruts of our own making because we are unsure of what to do next. Goals are the dreams that we are willing to work for. When we set goals, we take responsibility for our lives and choose to wholeheartedly devote ourselves to our aspirations. Even if we only take the smallest steps toward achieving our ambitions, it is vital that we actively pursue our goals rather than just daydreaming about them. Having goals makes us feel good because it adds a sense of purpose and direction to our lives.

In creating goals, you create your future by outlining your destiny. When you choose your goals using your head and heart, you take the first step in manifesting what you want. You grant your own wishes every time you achieve another goal.
