No, it’s not the skinny jab!

Linda first approached me for pilates earlier this year. When she told me about her symptoms and chronic pain, I knew that she needed something deeper with assessments at a holistic level in order to achieve results. I switched Linda over to our CHEK program that takes clients through a series of assessments and tests in order to get a thorough understanding of the body rather than guess work.

Everyone physiological load in life is different, when I write programs , the exercise probably only accounts for 20% of the program. The other 80% consists of habits, behaviours, belief systems and diet and lifestyle changes.

Linda wanted the following results:

  • Have more endurance
  • Be thinner
  • Be pain free
  • Sleep better
  • Reduce the risk of inherited disease

In the course of 12 weeks she achieved:

Weight goal : By week 8 Linda had lost 12 lb which I have kept off

Movement goal : Linda has more mobility, across my arms, neck and shoulders
Movement goal : Linda has a personalised plan for life of exercises for me which can be done anywhere at anytime
Knowledge goal : Linda has been introduced to new reading and podcasts to extend my knowledge and help me question
Exercise goal : Linda has a forward plan of Pilates and Yoga meeting my goal of exercise 3 times a week
Food goal : Linda now eats more thoughtfully which makes me less bloated and sluggish
Food goal :  Linda uses much more organic, which I can afford as I plan better and overall eat less more expensive processed food
Stimulant use : Linda has broken my Starbucks coffee addiction – saving me £180 a month – but still get my fix of healthy coffee ☕️
Linda’s  treat is a homemade smoothie each day with organic coconut water – at a fraction of high street prices – and with a spoonful of 15 different organic super greens and dark chocolate
