The Pilates chair, also known as the Wunda Chair, is a versatile tool renowned for its ability to improve balance, enhance core strength, and challenge lower body muscles for stability. With split foot pedals and adjustable height handles, the chair offers unparalleled flexibility, catering to individuals of all fitness levels.

This course delves into a diverse range of exercises, from those providing assistance through handles to advanced movements requiring exceptional muscular endurance and strength. From pregnant women to clients with vertigo or hypotension, the chair accommodates various needs and challenges, making it an essential tool in any fitness regimen.

Course Objectives:

  • Master a comprehensive repertoire of Chair exercises, including variations and modifications, in lying, seated, kneeling, and standing positions.
  • Develop a collection of safe and highly effective exercises suitable for one-on-one or group settings, focusing on muscular conditioning, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
  • Gain proficiency in leading Chair induction workouts, catering to clients unfamiliar with the Pilates Chair.
