Course Aims

The Mbodies Intensive Reformer Repertoire Course is designed to prepare participants to teach a broad range of Reformer exercises, including variations and modifications, in diverse positions.

Prerequisite: This course is suitable for Pilates Matwork qualified instructors, physiotherapists, or medical movement professionals.

Key Objectives

  • Mastery of Reformer exercises performed in all positions, utilizing standard Reformer accessories such as Jumpboard, platform extender, long and short box, maple pole, plank bars, Gondola pole and more.

  • Understanding and teaching 239 Pilates Reformer exercises, categorized into 31 lessons across eight categories.

  • Comprehensively covering Pilates Reformer Beginners and Intermediate exercises, along with select advanced exercises.

Course Outcomes

  • Possess a comprehensive collection of safe and highly effective exercises for Reformer exercise focusing on cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning and endurance.

  • Have the ability to design and implement effective Reformer exercise programs for individual and group settings.

  • Have the ability to teach a range of Reformer exercises with variations and modifications, focusing on muscular conditioning, flexibility, and strength.
