Rotational and angular problems of the hip and knee joints plus flexibility of the ankle joint can contribute to problems further up the body such as the spine, pelvis and shoulders.
This seven-day programme consists of exercises that work on for strengthening your calf, hamstring, quadriceps and gluteal. Having good alignment plus healthy tracking can decrease energy expenditure, as muscles are more efficient. This can reduce risk of injury; improve function; improve quality of movement and can help delay arthritic problems.
