Prerequisite: This course is suitable for any Pilates Matwork qualified instructor, physiotherapist or medical movement professional.

Key Objectives

  • Master a diverse range of Barrel exercises, including variations and modifications, in all three positions.

  • Develop a collection of vital exercises suitable for individual or group settings, focusing on muscular conditioning, flexibility, and strength.

  • Gain proficiency in leading Barrel induction workouts, utilizing Arc and Step Barrels, for clients new to Pilates small Barrels.
