‘I decided to join the apprenticeship scheme offered by Nisha and Mbodies academy after attending her classes and loving how much my mind and body changed.
The course offered training and teaching on all apparatus. Nisha teaches a holistic mind body approach, teaching you to look at the person in front of you and how you can support them to reach their goals, not just to provide exercises. Throughout I was given the opportunity to attend many courses on a variety of subjects increasing my knowledge and confidence, but also providing an environment to create working relationships with other teachers.
The apprenticeship has given me the tools and confidence to create another career pathway. Working with Nisha you are always given the opportunity to come out of your comfort zone and develop as a person and as a teacher. Committing to 2 years of training is tough at times, but it’s worth it in the end and I am so glad I did it.’
