Course Aims

Prerequisite: This course is suitable for Pilates Matwork qualified instructors, physiotherapists, or medical movement professionals.

Key Objectives

  • Master a comprehensive repertoire of Chair exercises, including variations and modifications, in all three positions.

  • Develop a collection of safe and impactful exercises suitable for 1-1 or group settings, focusing on muscular conditioning, endurance, flexibility, and strength.

  • Gain proficiency in leading Chair induction workouts, catering to clients unfamiliar with the Pilates Chair.
