The most common traditionally established approaches to pelvic healthcare are more than often, clearly ineffective for long term beneficial functionality.
Cuing stabilization of the lumbar pelvic region, bracing strategies, recruitment of inter abdominal pressure and dialogue that includes, neutral & imprint are simply poor explanations of a highly dynamic and essential structure within the wholeness of a human.
Leaking, incontinence, hemorrhoids, pelvic prolapses, back pain & breathing dysfunction are all to common a result of treating us like a machine, where compression forces are the bias approach to restoring or maintaining integrity during movement classes.
A different approach based on a clearly different understanding of what were actually attempting to manage and develop is needed.
The Pelvic Foot is my tried and tested method that creates a more
successful integration of the living forces, that must be understood, to be able to refine and allow their self reorganizational characteristics to flourish within and around the pelvis.
This knowledge is founded from the clarity I’ve found by learning and sharing the Fasciategrity in Motion concept.
Explaining to participants a more thoughtful & respectful way to express shape change, establish a more global architectural continuity, that allows for effortless force transmission during movement.
They by reducing unnecessary strains that invite the list of potential dysfunctions that clients are often subjected to acquiring through our more conventional academic anatomical teachings.
