📘 Course Overview
This hybrid programme is designed for Newcomers to Pilates Matwork who want to learn more deeply than standard mat courses that purely teach the classic Matwork exercises as well as for Pilates instructors who took a basic Matwork Level 3 Matwork and are now seeking to teach in a more meaningful, adaptable, and client-centred way with a wider repertoire to include adaptations for osteoporosis and functional standing exercises.
Combining contemporary movement science with the principles of Joseph Pilates, this course bridges classical and rehabilitative thinkingequipping you to work with diverse populations from injured clients to performance athletes.
Delivered in collaboration between Pilates Manchester and Mbodies Training Academy, this is an evolution in teacher training for those ready to stand out.
