What to bring: Water, thick socks , a blanket and pillow ( we provide all mats and any small props)
What to wear: comfortable clothes that you can move in, plus thick socks.
Refreshments of herbal tea and a light snack will be served in the break.
No bags or clutter is allowed in the studio , only car keys, purse and mobile phone ( all mobile phone must be on silent).
