DESCRIPTION:Somatic Pilates matwork is a form of exercise that combines mindfulness with bodily motion to improve the connection between your mind and your body. Learn what somatic Pilates matwork is\, what benefits it offers\, and how to do seven simple somatic Pilates exercises at home. \nIf you are menopausal like me\, you will understand some of the body changes that are taking place below: \n\nAnxiety.\nChanges in mood – such as low mood or irritability.\nChanges in skin conditions\, including dryness or increase in oiliness and onset of adult acne.\nDifficulty sleeping – this may make you feel tired and irritable during the day.\nFeelings of loss of self.\n\nThis somatic pilates matwork workshop nurture the body with movement\, mindset\, breathwork and meditation. \nWhat to bring: Water\, thick socks \, a blanket and pillow ( we provide all mats and any small props) \nWhat to wear: comfortable clothes that you can move in\, plus thick socks. \nRefreshments of herbal tea and a light snack will be served in the break. \nNo bags or clutter is allowed in the studio \, only car keys\, purse and mobile phone ( all mobile phone must be on silent). \nTo book\, please go here:
